Add a note with purchase.  SIZE CHART Smalls are good for dogs under 25 lbs — 7 per pound on average — 5 inch and up Mediums are good for dogs 26lbs to 45lbs — 4 to 5 per pound on average – 6 inch and up Larges are good for dogs in this case for dogs 40 to 65lbs. – 3 per pound on average – 7 inch and up
