You can ask for a mix of smalls to large. As far as numbers if I pick a true 4 to 6 and smaller you would get over 40 pieces! If you request all longer ones in the 5.5 to 6 inch and a nice thickness for a small expect about 35 🙂 As far as poundage per piece if you vary your order the following equals a pound – and you get 5lbs.
