ONE Elk Quarter Splits are cut fresh daily/weekly to keep them in stock- Pic has 3 so you can see variations. This super premium cut exposes the core from both directions to allow ease of access to the core that the dogs love so much. These tend to be Medium Strength to Easier. If you would like firmer medium hard, hard or softer than Medium Strength just add a note with purchase.  They tend to be 5 to 6 inches in length and an absolute homerun for dogs under 35lbs. For dogs over 35lbs, consider going with my bigger 4 ounce or my 5 to 6 ouncers.
